Soups, broths and stews using ingredients from well-stocked larders. All this accompanied always with great wines, intense and strong.

- Short courses, conferences and wine-tastings Viniteca Mayol in Torroja del Priorat offers you the opportunity to take part in short courses on wine-tasting given by experts, winemakers and winery managers from the region and elsewhere. These courses are planned every three months and are often acompanied by talks and other activities related to the world of wine.
- Short film about the Priorat Viniteca Mayol offers visitors the opportunity to watch short films about the region of the Priorat. Most are shown regularly at the weekend, some were originally shown on Catalan television (TV3) ("Priorat, la força del vi", "DO Montsant" and "DOQ Priorat"), and one is produced by the wine shop itself ( "El Priorat; una comarca de futur" - The Priorat, a region of the Future), which can be viewed in Catalan, Spanish, English and German.
