Small cooperative mill which presses olives of its members. Production of around 70,000 litres/year. Typically works with Arbequine olives, cold pressed and centrifuged.

This mill has been awarded various prizes in national and international olive oil competitions, due to the high quality of the oil produced.

Tuesday to Friday, no need to book.
Saturday and Sunday morning, advance booking required at least one day in advance
5 € €.
Minimum 1 person / maximum 15 people. During the harvest, groups of maximum 6 people.
Catalan and Spanish
Molí Baix Priorat (100% Arbequine olive variety) and Les Sorts (100% Arbequine olive variety). Light extra virgin olive oil, well balanced between sweet and spicy, yet not astringent. Intense aromas with touches of fennel, artichoke and almonds.

We would like to invite you to get to know how it is made, its characteristics and the various oil mills or presses which make up the Olive oil Route. In total we have six mills which are members of the route where visitors can try our very best extra virgin olive oil.
