Falset | Falset, capital del Priorat, es troba situada al sud est de la comarca, en una vall envoltada de muntanyes, entre elles la Roca Roja, el Morral i la Serra de Llaberia i al mateix centre de la conca del riu Siurana, entre el camp de Tarragona i el nus de l’Ebre.
Porrera | A l’est del Priorat, a pocs quilòmetres del Coll de la Teixeta, hi trobem Porrera. S’estén al llarg de la vall del riu Cortiella, des del Molló, al límit amb el Baix Camp, i on neix el barranc de la Garranxa, afluent del Cortiella, fins la confluència d’aquest amb el riu Siurana. El poble est� situat a la dreta del riu Cortiella. S’hi pot arribar per carretera des de Falset per la T-740; des de Reus per la N-420 (fins al Coll de la Teixeta) i després per la TP-7041; des de Cornudella de Montsant per la C-242 (fins la Venta d’en Pubill) i per la TP-7402 fins a aquest municipi.

L'Encamisada The Festival of the "Encamisada" is celebrated in Falset the weekend closest to Saint Anthony's Day, 17th January. It is linked to a popular legend which dates back to the 18th century when the men of the village took part in an "encamisada" against the invading French. An "encamisada" is a rapid attack at night to catch the enemy unawares and as camouflage, they were dressed only in their shirt-sleeves ("camisa" means shirt in Catalan).
