Information
The Heid & Marquès winery was founded in the year 2000 in Torroja del Priorat by Ferran Rotllan and Josep M. Marquès. Its Crianza 2001 is a wine made with red grenache, carignan and cabernet sauvignon grapes to give it an aristocratic touch. Elegant in structure, it is aged for 14 months in oak barrels.
Cosecha 2003 is a young wine made with grenache, carignan and cabernet sauvignon grapes.
Viña Marquès Criança 2004, based on red grenache and carignan with a final touch of merlot, is aged for 14 months in oak barrels. Low production enables the winery to assure high quality.
Now under new ownership, the winery is called Celler Melis.
