Terroir al Límit


Terroir al Límit is a winery originally set up by two friends: Eben Sadie from South Africa, where he also makes wine, and Dominik Huber from Germany. Jaume Sabaté later joined the project.

The winery's philosophy is based on producing wines of character that subtly reveal the unique terroir of the Priorat in an elegant, crisp way.

The vineyards it owns, cultivated traditionally on hillsides, are between 50 and 110 years old. Other, younger vineyards are cultivated on trellises.

The red varieties used are mainly grenache, carignan and syrah. The white varieties used are macabeo, pedro ximénez, white grenache and, to a lesser extent, moscatel and xarel·lo.
