Vall Llach
Information
Celler Vall Llach was set up in the early 90s by singer Lluís Llach and notary Enric Costa in Porrera. All its work and processes are carried out with rigour and quality. The winery bought a selection of vineyards between 60 and 90 years old, planted with carignan and grenache, assuring an exclusive must. The careful combination of tradition and the highest technology is applied rigorously in all the processes involved in creating the wine: cultivation, harvesting, fermentation, maceration, pressing, ageing and bottling. The wine is aged in Cal Valdrich, a noble old house, reconstructed with respect for its history and converted to ensure an environmental, aesthetic and climatic balance.
