A 90% of the dishes on the menu are traditional Catalan recipes, stews, and also a 90% of the ingredients used to make our dishes are produced in Catalonia.
Dishes featuring local produce: mandongo (tripe stew), “truita en suc” (tortilla in sauce), Catalan-style chicken, pigs’ trotters with snails, pork cheeks cooked with figs, chicken in a wine sauce from El Priorat, salad with Priorat charcuterie.
We have a wine cellar with more than 230 wines from different regions around the world, principally DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant.

Cartaví Award 2012 for the restaurant with the best wine menu in Tarragona in category B (prices ranging from 18 to 40 euros), and in the year 2008 it was named the second best wine menu in the province of Tarragona.
