Since 2009 the family Xercavins Simó prepare all natural and craft jams and marmalades from a large proportion of local fresh fruit of the highest quality, and a small part of cane sugar and honey.
Our production process is made by hand with care and dedication, following the recipes and techniques of artisan tradition by introducing innovations that allow for better quality, food safety, and surprising new varieties.
The result is an exceptional quality product with an intense taste of fresh fruit and textures, aromas and colors unique, natural, making it perfect for both breakfast or dessert, for pairing with cheeses, meats and fish.
