Perinet Winery
In the 18th century the French Perinet family settled on the land that is home to the modern wine-growing project that bears their name. Perinet winery started out in 1998 and was reinvented by its new owners in 2014. The Perinet estate covers over 30 hectares, planted with the Grenache, Carignan, Shiraz, Cabernet and Merlot grape varieties on steeply-sloping terraces.
The wines of Perinet are made at Perinet winery in the DOQ Priorat and Clos Maria winery in the DO Montsant. The latter building, with its modern design and large dimensions, located within the wine-growing municipality of Poboleda, is considered a landmark in the area.
