The sheep and goats of the Corral de l'Isidret, near Siurana, are reared in the traditional way. The family flock, of Ripollès sheep and Catalan goats, grazes these magnificent landscapes in the Prades mountains, and back at the corral the little ones are fed with their mothers' milk. Like this, just as our grandparents did, unhurriedly, letting nature do its work, we get this excellent meat we serve in our family restaurant (Restaurant Siurana).
