The passion for cheese-making goes back many years, to when Marcel·lí's father had a flock of goats and started making cheese for his family and to sell in the village. This interest in the world of cheese was passed on to his children, who began making curd and soft cheeses from cow's milk, widening their range with new products matured using different processes.
