Priordei was born from the impulse of the Ciuraneta family, dedicated from the generations to the olive oil production, in 2010 reached an agreement with the Margalef cooperative to be able to expand production and, in turn, be a tool for rural development and stabilization of population in the territory. The quality of the oil begins in the field and depends on the condition of the olive and the mill's working conditions. That is why in Priordei we show a passion for our land, for our work, striving to improve day by day to obtain a product of the highest quality, breaking schemes on the palate and flavors.
Information and visits
Priordei, integrated production, conventional and ecological (100% Arbequina): its profile is balanced and very fruity. The presence of green olives makes it intense and smooth in mouth and nose. It has many other secondary aromas of vegetables, such as cut grass, kiwi, almond, tomato and artichoke.
Priordei Infusionats (infused olive oil): garlic, basil, chilli, rosemary, white and black truffle, funghi porcini, oregano and lemon.
